For more than 20 years, he has worked in the development and construction industry, delivering residential and commercial projects across Russia. His experience includes multi-story apartment complexes, private residences, and residential communities.
With a background in real estate development, construction management, and strategic planning, Iurii has worked closely with architects, engineers, and international partners throughout the development process. He brings practical experience from the construction industry together with an understanding of the needs of today’s property market and investors.
Today, his focus is on bringing that experience to Bali and developing properties that are designed not only as investments, but as places where people genuinely want to live.
Angelina Crystalia
Design & Business Coordinator
Angelina Crystalia is an interior designer and property professional based in Bali. Her work has taken her across residential and hospitality projects, as well as the day-to-day world of property operations.
Working between design and property has taught her to look at a project from both sides, how a space should look and feel, but also how it works in practice. She enjoys bringing together ideas, people, and the details needed to make a project happen.
At Nomad Dreams Development, she supports the team across design, operations, and project development, helping turn early ideas into practical plans for new projects in Bali.
